Founder — President of ANO Support Center for Culture Initiatives Kultura ryadom, the CEO of the Onegin National Opera Awards organization and a member of the expert panel. Igor Tarasov is an Honoured Artist of Russia, recipient of an international award, professional opera singer and a producer. He participated in many opera premiers and tours, worked with famous conductors and directors on different stages across the world. In 2010, in Saint-Petersburg Igor Tarasov co-founded ANO Support Center for Culture Initiatives Kultura ryadom with his partners and was elected to be its president in 2013.
