MAY 20TH MARKS THE START OF THE ONEGIN NATIONAL OPERA AWARDS SUBMISSION PERIOD FOR THE SEASON OF 2025

Onegin was founded in 2016 with a goal of popularizing the art of Russian opera. The Award brings together the majority of the country's opera theatres, and gives an opportunity to the opera fans and professionals to enjoy the very best opera singers and musicians from all across Russia.

The X Annual Onegin National Opera Award Ceremony will take place November 2025 on the stage of the Mariinsky Theatre in Saint Petersburg. 

This year the Onegin Awards are inviting to participate: opera theatres as well as independent opera production companies that were active during the 2024/2025 theatrical season. To apply for the X Annual Onegin National Opera Award you can go to our official website and fill out a special online form. Applications are accepted starting from May 20th and until August 31st.
